Since someone had to mention a particular substance related to these movies, I just couldn't help myself. I'm really not sure which one I like the best and, to be honest, I haven't seen Yellowbeard; but I suppose I'll go with Up in Smoke.

Aside: Anyone like any of the movies or shows Cheech Marin has been in since he stopped doing movies with Tommy Chong? Nash Bridges was okay, and the episode with Chong was good. That's about it for me.

EDIT: Hmm, that's odd. The poll is missing an option. Oh well. If you liked Corsican Brothers the best just post it, I guess.

Oh, but you've heard of Cheech and Chong, right? Most of their movies were about unemployed rockers with a tendency to get high (and in trouble) as often as possible. You can imagine that "Corsican Brothers" was nothing like that, however; it takes place during the French revolution. Good for a few laughs, anyway. Yellowbeard is probably different, too.

They split up, oh . . . I'm not sure when. But Cheech has been trying very hard to build a completely different reputation for himself since then. Apparently, Chong has offered to do another movie like their old ones but Cheech keeps refusing. He only wants do "respectable" work, or so I've heard.
